1.1 DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS:
Products available for purchase are described on their corresponding product page at smithlightingsupply.com. We always try to represent as accurately as possible every characteristic of the products via photograph and copy points provided. We make our best efforts to provide you with accurate images and description.
All prices are in USD, these prices do not include delivery costs for any shipping required to a different country.
2.1 PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS:
Your order represents an offer to purchase a product which is accepted by us once we have sent you an email order confirmation. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in an order confirmation email do not form part of that contract. The company shall under no circumstances be held liable for any special losses to specific circumstances of the customer, indirect or consequential losses or loss of profits, damage of property, or wasted expenditure. Orders are placed, received and processed by Smith Lighting Supply. Before ordering from us, it is your responsibility to check and determine your full ability to receive the products, depending on the size of the piece a wide entrance way may be necessary. Telephone and e-mail are absolutely essential to ensure successful delivery of your item at your convenience. All information asked on the checkout page must be filled in accurately. We will not be responsible for failed delivery because of wrong delivery address or an inappropriate phone number provided. You will always have access to your account to verify or make changes, please keep it up to date.
Your debit or credit card is charged for the whole amount of the order when the order is created. A credit card and essential information are needed for payments. All orders are paid in full through a PayPal or by credit/debit cards as soon as you click on the "confirm" button. You will then receive an email from us to confirm the sale, and expected delivery date, we will contact you before we ship to verify the delivery date is appropriate. Payment of the product must be made in full before dispatch of the order.
2.2 POINT OF SALE DISCOUNTS AND OFFERS:
Offers and discounts can not be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts unless indicated prior to sale. We reserve the right to withdraw offers at any time.
3.1 DELIVERY INFORMATION:
Goods can be delivered throughout the United States free of charge. If goods are ordered for a location outside of the United States, we will assess shipping charges and inform our customer on the cost to ship prior to starting manufacturing. We aim to deliver your goods between 1-8 weeks, depending on your order. For items that are larger than the listed sizes, it may take extra time to manufacture. Any special needs regarding delivery of goods for a client should be communicated to email@example.com.
3.2 DELIVERY CARRIERS:
Smith Lighting Supply uses the best carriers available depending on the size of an item and the location of the delivery. We ask that you still use good practice and judgment when accepting deliveries.
-We ask you to check that your delivered products have arrived in perfect condition, before signing the delivery form, so please open and check your order when you receive it.
-If the delivered item does not match your order, or is damaged, please note this on the delivery form and contact us immediately.
-If you are not satisfied with the goods upon delivery, please note this on the delivery form and contact us immediately.
-Larger pieces are delivered by special-handling couriers, we ask that you follow all the same procedures for these deliveries as well.
-We will repair any faults on our delivered products to your satisfaction and make good on any deficiencies with the products ordered.
-All damaged goods claims must be accompanied with photos showing the damages in question.
3.3 FREE DELIVERY:
For delivery of goods to a commercial structure, delivery takes place on the ground floor outside the building or entrance gates. Customers are required to help the driver off-loading the products from the truck if the piece is too large for one person to handle. According to the size and weight of the purchased items, customers can be required to have other people to help at the time of delivery (These conditions vary depending on the carrier service contracted for the delivery and the size of the item).
If an item is too large to transfer from the delivery vehicle to the entrance of the receiving party, you will be contacted by the carrier service to set up the most appropriate delivery time.
If you would you like to change the delivery address, please contact our customer service (419-718-3919 or firstname.lastname@example.org ) as soon as you know you will need the change.
3.4 EXTRA DELIVERY CHARGES:
The delivery service can only deliver through a ground floor or basement entrance which is close to a road suitable for delivery access. You must tell us when placing your order about any special factors that may result in delivery being more costly and/or taking longer than it otherwise would have, such as parking restrictions, narrow bridges at small entrances. You should notify us via email at email@example.com or via phone at 419-718-3919 if you believe you may need some kind of special proceed upon delivery.
4.1 RETURN POLICY & PROCEDURES:
We aim to provide the best quality products at the best prices, and believe that you will be very happy with your products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange the purchased item/items within 30 days of delivery of goods. If for any reason you would like to exchange your original item, please take note of the following policies about exchanges or damages. You also have 48 hours cancellation time, before an item goes to the production team.
For our custom made pieces, we do not offer refunds. However, you may exchange your order for another item of equal value (if greater value, the customer must pay the difference in price). You have up to 30 days after you have received your order to initiate an exchange of your order. In the case of an exchange order, the buyer will be responsible for providing shipping via FedEx, UPS or DHL to return the item back to us as well as the cost to ship the exchange item.
-All returnable products have to be in the condition in which they were delivered to you.
-Goods to be returned must clearly show our order number on the package.
-Please ensure that the goods are returned with all parts and the original packaging.
-Applicable care has to be taken while the item is in your possession or in transit back to us.
We will issue exchange information within 1 week of the request.
4.3 EXCHANGE CONDITIONS:
Please include your customer order details with the item(s) to be returned, as these are necessary for processing a return. Once received, the items will be checked and we will contact you within 48 hours of reception to discuss all further actions.
-All exchanges must take place within 30 days of receiving products.
-Please note that we cannot exchange self-assembled goods which have been damaged during assembly.
-If you would like to exercise the right to exchange the goods you assume responsibility to take care of the goods until they are returned to us.
-Smith Lighting Supply cannot accept exchanges or product replacements in situations where the goods have been damaged, personalized, modified, or otherwise used in such a way as would make it impossible for them to be returned to us.
4.4 CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Smith Lighting Supply shall be entitled to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time. But this right shall not affect the existing Terms and Conditions accepted by you upon making a purchase.

Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information, including name, address and credit card details. Information remains scrambled whenever it is transmitted.

We reserve the right to keep all customer contact details submitted into the Smith Lighting Supply ordering system for the process of fulfilling your order and informing you of any relevant information pertaining to your order and information to be able to fulfill your order (such as the delivery details). We do not sell your data, and we will take all reasonable steps to ensure all information remains confidential.
